Bryne Boyer is professionally trained as a Doula in childbirth to provide emotional, physical, and educational support to a mother who is expecting, is experiencing labor, or has recently given birth. Her purpose as your doula is to help women have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience.

Bryne is most efficient at utilizing the comprehensive yoga training and research to help others identify, develop and cultivate, discernment, self-awareness and a higher consciousness by utilizing her extensive yoga training and insights learned while owning and managing The Yoga Circle in Birmingham Alabama.

Amrit yoga will assist women all through pregnancy as she experiences the enormous physical, emotional and spiritual changes that prepare her to create and welcome another human being into the world.

Bryne created a Kids yoga training – an inner city hip hop yoga program and at the Alethia house, Bryne worked with women who were pregnant and in a treatment center – teaching yoga and assisting as a doula at their births.

Mother-to-be

There are many different styles of yoga — some more strenuous than others. Prenatal yoga is one of the best choices for pregnant women. Talk to the instructor about your pregnancy before starting any other yoga class.

Join the McKinney Pregnant Moms Meetup. This group is for women that are pregnant and women who have recently given birth. We will come together to create a sense of community. There is nothing like sharing time with women who are in the exact same place you are.

No matter who you are, having your baby is the most important thing in the world at that point in your life, and that unites you with every other pregnant women.

Before you begin a prenatal yoga program, make sure you have your health care provider's OK.
