Amrit by Bryne Boyer | Prenatal Yoga + Doula

Amrit Prenatal Yoga classes will help women actively move her body, to learn to breathe properly, to close her eyes, to meditate and to go inside where her baby is and from this she will come to know her own truth.

Amrit prenatal yoga will assist women before, after and during pregnancy as she experiences the enormous physical, emotional and spiritual changes that prepare her to create and welcome another human being into the world. As we journey into motherhood we are transported through a special window passage. One of beauty, filled with grace and awareness of life. Come and journey with me to explore the space between to connect and dive into your own Amrit (sacred nectar of life).

Bryne Boyer is professionally trained as a Doula in childbirth to provide emotional, physical, and educational support to a mother who is expecting, is experiencing labor, or has recently given birth. Her purpose as your doula is to help women have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience.

Bryne Boyer is most efficient at utilizing her comprehensive training and research to help women identify, develop and cultivate, discernment, self-awareness and higher consciousness by utilizing the Khalsa Way prenatal yoga training, DONA Childbirth Education, Lamaze six healthy birth practices and insights learned over the past 20+ years. Today, Bryne is a mother of two (daughter and son), where her focus is helping build a community of mothers in North Texas.

There are many different styles of yoga — some more strenuous than others. Prenatal yoga is one of the best choices for pregnant women. Talk to the instructor about your pregnancy before starting any other yoga class.

Join the Pregnant Moms Meetup. This group is for women that are pregnant and women who have recently given birth. We will come together to create a sense of community. There is nothing like sharing time with women who are in the exact same place you are.

No matter who you are, having your baby is the most important thing in the world at that point in your life, and that unites you with every other pregnant women.

  • Jivamukti Yoga

    A physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous hatha yoga, vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets – 300 hrs

  • Bikram Yoga

    With the increased risk of neural tube defects and possibly of other malformations among fetuses exposed to excessive heat, pregnant women should avoid practising hot yoga during pregnancy.
